Rear Extension, Pulborough:

Overview: The project featured a single-storey rear extension and the introduction of an opening between an existing garage and the proposed extension.  

Details: The combination of shrinkable soils and mature trees on-site led to a detailed review of the ground conditions to ensure the foundations were appropriately designed to accommodate ground movement. We also liaised with the glazing manufacturer to ensure that the design and performance of the steelwork suited the requirements of the glazing system.
