The proposals included the removal of a solid dividing wall, which separated the bathroom and W/C, to create a more spacious bathroom.

As the property was situated within a purpose-built block of apartments, a considered and detailed report was completed regarding the construction of the block and its bearing on the load-bearing nature of the wall.

This process resulted in the wall being confirmed as non-load bearing, allowing the works to commence and be completed with no structural concerns or issues.
