Internal Alterations & First Floor Extension, Henfield:

A timber frame, first-floor rear extension was designed and built off an existing single-storey section of this traditional property. This approach has the advantage of creating additional space without the requirement of groundwork, such as foundations, as the existing structure at ground floor level is utilised.

The project also featured internal structural alterations, designed to open up the existing space.
