Internal Alterations & Rear Extension, Forest Green, Dorking, Surrey:

Overview: Comprehensive structural works were required to transform a traditional cottage into a modern home with an open plan layout, more suited to a growing family.

Details: An existing front extension was remodelled to create a snug area, a rear extension was constructed, and existing external walls removed, to create a large kitchen / diner / lounge. A chimney stack was also removed to create additional space at ground and first-floor levels.
