Rear Extension & Internal Alterations, East Preston, Littlehampton:

Overview: An unused, existing conservatory was removed and replaced with a rear and side extension, to create a spacious, multipurpose area for the family. The existing rear corner of the house was removed at ground floor level, in addition to further internal loadbearing walls, to link the existing house with the new extension.

Details: To ensure the best possible outcome for the project, a comprehensive on-site evaluation of the existing structural arrangement was performed. This assessment allowed for the collection of valuable data, which was then used to develop an efficient and well-informed design.
